Customer Review:
“My family has been bringing our pets here for close to two decades and we have been exceptionally satisfied with the care and attention we have received. In recent years as my cat's health has declined, I have found the Markham Vet Clinic to be extremely caring, informative and empathetic. I would recommend this clinic to any pet parent!”
- Kin V
“After having being rejected by another vet clinic, the team at Markham Vet clinic quickly came to the rescue to provide my cat with his regular food. We moved here from Montreal and after explaining the situation, the lovely ladies at reception were willing to take us (Max my cat) on and, in no time we had his food! Not only that, but even after multiple phone calls, those ladies (all of them) were kind, respectful and I could even sense the smiles over the phone. THAT is excellent customer service! BRAVO! Thank you again ladies! I know Max will be in good hands"

Customer Review:
“I've been bringing my puppy here since October and I don't have any major issues! The vets are super sweet and willing to answer your questions. My only problem is that due to COVID-19, you aren't able to go inside the clinic with your pet, you have to wait in your car. And that's totally fine but be prepared to wait longer than your scheduled time. If I have an appointment at 5pm, I'll usually bring my pet in at 5:30pm. Other than that, it's super professional and I definitely recommend it!”
- Janet
“My experience with Dr. Janice Chen is superb. She is patience, she speaks with confidence and she cares about her patients. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with her, and I am so glad that I finally fully understood my pet's health condition.”
- Hank Chiang

“Archibald, my year and a half old poodle, loves VCA! Every time, I have questions, the vets are always very clear and precise. His tail does not stop wagging when he visits the vet! It's too bad we are moving in the fall or he would still be going there! Highly recommend the junior paw VCA care package! Has saved me so much money this year. We love the VCA Cachet Village Staff !”
